Club Rules

Respect and Sportsmanship:
Always display good sportsmanship and courtesy on the court. Swearing, rough play, and inappropriate behavior are not allowed.
Safety First:
All juniors (19 or under) must wear safety glasses during play, unless wearing prescription glasses. This is mandatory due to insurance requirements.
Proper Attire and Footwear:
Only gym shoes are allowed in the gym. Please leave outside shoes and soiled footwear at the entrance.
Hydration and Food:
Only water in plastic containers is permitted in the gym. No glass bottles or food are allowed.
Court Safety:
A maximum of 4 players per court is permitted to ensure safety. Follow court supervisors' instructions during junior play and special activities.
Facility Use and Cancellations: Our club activities are hosted at Mackenzie Community School and are subject to the school's “school-first” policy. This means that club activities may occasionally be canceled on short notice due to school events or other priorities. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Ready to join the club? Follow these simple steps to become a member.

1. Choose Your Membership Type

Regular Adult: $80

High School Students: $50

Under 14: $30

Family Membership: $200

Junior Lessons: $25 (Fridays 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm)

2. Fill Out the Membership Form

Download and complete the Membership Form, either digitally or physically.

Include your contact info, membership type, and any juniors’ details.

Don’t forget to sign and date the form!

3. Submit Your Form

Email: Attach the completed and signed form and send it to deepriver.bc@outlook.com.

In-Person: Bring the form to your next club session.

4. Make Your Payment

E-Transfer: Send payment to deepriverbc2023@gmail.com. Include your name and "Membership Payment" in the message.

Cash: Pay in person at the club.
